SPARKLE JOURNAL is a Japan travel and culture publication from KANETOMI, the company behind SPARKLE. We distinguish practical guides, our own products and any paid promotions. This first edition draws on linked official sources rather than claiming first-hand visits.
Three subjects. One starting point.
Our first edition follows Tokyo places, souvenir choices and coins as historical objects. We start with Asakusa and Haneda, then follow the objects and questions they connect to.
What is—and is not—an advertisement
Published by KANETOMI, operator of SPARKLE. Links to the SPARKLE online store promote our own products.
Links to our Shopify and Rakuten shops are ordinary direct links, not affiliate links. A related-business link to Kaneshige on Mercari Shops is labeled separately in the coin article. We do not claim that a particular coin is in stock or that an overseas purchase is available.

Sources, photographs and corrections
We link the official sources used for factual claims and show when they were checked. These first guides are source-based—not first-hand reviews. Brand and Asakusa photographs are reused from KANETOMI’s own site; their capture dates are unknown. Aircraft and observation diagrams are decorative editorial illustrations, not maps or historical reconstructions.
Company details, current store access and business contact information are maintained on the official KANETOMI site, rather than duplicated here.
Privacy & external services
This journal does not offer a newsletter registration or checkout form. Purchases and other transactions at linked shops take place on those services and follow their policies. The underlying website may use external services for analytics and spam prevention.
